​Hello! My name is Tiffany, I was born and raised in Austin TX. During my high school years, I had the opportunity of babysitting and working with children of all ages! I would also party host part-time, which allowed me to get close to families to ensure they had an amazing experience. Seeing the smiles on the kids' faces always put a smile on mine! Throughout college, I was blessed with three loving boys of my own and helping them grow and develop has been such an amazing feeling. My oldest is 3 and I have 2-year-old twins! They definitely keep me on my toes! We love to learn new things together, create different crafts, sing, and have dance parties at home whether it is jamming out to Baby Shark or Old Macdonald Had a Farm!

Growing up my native language was Spanish, so I know what it’s like to enter a new environment without having a way to communicate or struggling to understand everyone around you. I think having a teacher who was bilingual allowed me to feel more comfortable and more at home. She would come once a week and read books with me in English and Spanish which allowed me to grasp this new language quicker. Without her help I honestly would have struggled a lot more. One of the amazing parts of Mariposa is the diversity we have! I work among some of the most amazing human beings who have your child’s best interest at heart. We incorporate many activities that are helpful to your kids in their everyday development. The way kids take in information and grow right before your eyes is mind-blowing! These little humans are filled with so much love and so much curiosity in this big, BIG, world. I cannot wait to meet all your kids and be able to flourish alongside your family!

​¡Hola! Mi nombre es Tiffany, nací y crecí en Austin TX. ¡Durante mis años de escuela secundaria, tuve la oportunidad de cuidar niños y trabajar con niños de todas las edades! También fui anfitriona de fiestas medio tiempo, lo que me permitió acercarme a las familias para asegurarme de que tuvieran una experiencia increíble. ¡Ver las sonrisas en las caras de los niños siempre pone una sonrisa en la mía!  Mientras asistí a la Universidad, fui bendecida con tres queridos hijos míos y el ayudarlos a crecer y desarrollarse ha sido una sensación increíble. ¡El mayor tiene 3 años y tengo gemelos de 2 años! ¡Definitivamente me mantienen alerta! ¡Nos encanta aprender cosas nuevas juntos, crear diferentes manualidades, cantar y tener fiestas de baile en casa, ya sea tocando Baby Shark o Old MacDonald Had a Farm!
 
Al crecer, mi idioma nativo era el español, así que sé lo que es entrar en un nuevo ambiente sin tener una forma de comunicarme o batallando por entender a todos los que te rodean. Creo que tener a un maestro o maestra que era bilingüe me permitió sentirme más cómoda y más en casa. Ella venía una vez a la semana y leía libros conmigo en inglés y español, lo que me permitía comprender este nuevo idioma más rápido. Sin su ayuda, honestamente, habría batallado mucho más. ¡Una de las partes increíbles de Mariposa es la diversidad que tenemos! Trabajo entre algunos de los seres humanos más increíbles que tienen el mejor interés de su hijo en el corazón. Incorporamos muchas actividades que son útiles para sus hijos en su desarrollo diario. ¡La forma en que los niños toman la información y crecen ante sus ojos es alucinante! Estos pequeños humanos están llenos de tanto amor y tanta curiosidad en este mundo grande, GRANDE. ¡No puedo esperar para conocer a todos sus hijos y poder prosperar junto a su familia!
