One of the greatest tools to provide a child is learning to know and manage their emotional mental states. Mariposa teachers emphasize the importance of approaching life through the lens of self-knowledge.

In the Classroom | En el Salon
Classroom activities focus on children's choices and interests and emphasize social emotional learning and conflict resolution. We enjoy circle time each day to check in and the teachers are always close by to lend a hand or a hug.
Outdoor Classroom | Enseñanza al Aire Libre
Our focus on outdoor learning includes gardening, science, and observing the natural world around the school. Each week we go for a walk through the nearby park.
